It does not look like my package has left your warehouse yet even though I have received a delivery confirmation with a tracking link

Sometimes, we are experiencing high volume of orders, it may take extra few working days for us to fulfill and ship your order. We are really sorry if this happened and we're working the best to have it shipped out as soon as possible. Otherwise, normally it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking link is updated.
