When will I receive the refund for my return?

⦁ You will receive the refund for the return within 14 working days after we have received and processed your return During sale periods, the return process might take longer than usual

⦁ Once we have processed your refund you will receive a notification e-mail

⦁ Please note that you will not receive a refund for returned panties, bikini bottoms or swimsuit.

⦁ The right of withdrawal, return or exchange does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods or goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their tags has been removed after delivery. When returning products that clearly show use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
