Do I have to wear pads with period underwear?

No, you do not need to combine our period underwear with other menstrual products, such as pads or tampons. Our period underwear is designed to give you full protection. However, if you experience leaking with your regular tampons or pads and want to have some extra protection, they can be a great add-on to prevent leaks.
