What If I don’t pick up my order?

Shipments that do not fit the mailbox will normally be retained at the local delivery office or service point for around 1 to 2 weeks. In the event that you do not pick up your order, we kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you out and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. However, please note that if the package is not collected within the specified time frame, it will be automatically returned to us and the handling fees will be applied before refunding. Please keep in mind that the refund will not include shipping charges incurred.
