What are the return/exchange shipping fees?

Within Sweden:

We offer free exchanges (this means you don't pay for the return shipment of the product you want to exchange) and for returns, a flat 39 SEK return fee will be deducted from your refund payment. 

Outside Sweden: 

We offer free exchange (this means you don't pay for the return shipment of the product you want to change) and for returns, we are able to provide the pre-paid shipping label (cost ranging from from 4.99€ to15€, depends on the locations) and the fee will be deducted from your refund payment. Please note that import duties for a return shipment are not covered by Understatement.

⦁ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of panties, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms. Please refer to our return and exchange policy

⦁ We recommend using our size guide or contacting us via live chat, contact form or email us on customer@shopunderstatement.com, find the right size

⦁ The right of withdrawal, return or exchange does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods or goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their tags has been removed after delivery. When returning products that clearly show use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund
