How do I make a return?

Change your mind? No problem. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please follow these return steps:

1. Visit the return portal at shopunderstatement.com/returns

2. Register your return by providing your order number and email address

3. After registering, you will receive an email with further instructions. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder

4. Please note that for hygiene reasons, panties, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms cannot be return

⦁ The policy regarding withdrawal, return, or exchange is as follows: For sealed goods or items that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal, return, or exchange does not apply if the tags have been removed after delivery. If products are returned indicating clear signs of use, we retain the right to decline a refund.

⦁ If you are returning an item that was purchased as part of a bundle, the discount provided at the time of purchase will be proportionally allocated among all the items in the bundle. 

⦁ Your refund will be made into your original payment method.
